About the Role:

You’ll work across all aspects of our warehouse operation—from picking and packing to basic assembly, managing incoming stock, and supporting the logistics of daily dispatch. No two days are the same, and your attention to detail will play a key part in ensuring our customers receive what they ordered, in perfect condition, and on time.

Your Day-to-Day Might Include:

Picking and packing customer orders with care and accuracy

Following packing procedures and dispatch deadlines

Helping to assemble lighting products (full training provided)

Receiving and checking incoming deliveries

Keeping orders moving through the system and updating status

Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workspace

Jumping in to support other team members as needed—we’re all in this together

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

✅ Has previous experience in a warehouse or hands-on environment
✅ Has practical skills and is comfortable working with tools on detailed tasks
✅ Is careful and precise—whether packing an order or assembling a product
✅ Can follow clear procedures, stay organised, and meet deadlines
✅ Is comfortable with manual handling and physically fit for the role
✅ Is reliable and wants long-term, stable employment—not just a job for now
✅ A forklift licence is not required—we may offer training for the right person

Salary:

This is a full-time role, with a salary range of $55,000–$60,000 + super, depending on your experience and skills. Those with relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, or assembly may be considered for the higher end of the range.
