About the Role:

You will be responsible for delivering controlled, well-accounted, and transparent financial results across the full P&L and Balance Sheet. Your expertise in revenue forecasting, management reporting, and competitor pricing analysis will be instrumental in shaping business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring accurate financial reporting across P&L and Balance Sheet, with a focus on key revenue metrics.
• Developing revenue forecasts, budgets, and management reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Conducting data-driven analysis to identify performance gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Overseeing management and performance reporting, linking financial and operational KPIs to business objectives.
• Driving process efficiencies, reporting enhancements, and commercial insights to optimise business performance.
• Managing internal audit, risk, and compliance responsibilities to ensure strong financial governance.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, integrating their needs into financial planning and decision-making.
• Mentoring and leading team members, fostering professional development and high performance.

About You:

• 5-7+ years of relevant experience in revenue performance, ideally from FMCG background
• Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
• CPA, CA, or equivalent qualification with extensive financial knowledge and expertise.
• Strong understanding of P&L management, Balance Sheet reconciliations, and commercial finance.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to engage with sales, category, and finance teams.
