What You’ll Do:

• Forecasting and budgeting processes for the administration cost base for PetSure
• Provide support in the financial planning analysis process for the P&L, balance sheet and cash flow
• Contribute the development of cash flow forecasting processes to support AFSL compliance and capital management requirements
• Preparing management accounts and analysis of the departments financial position monthly to ensure departments are on track in delivering to the business plan.
• Assist with the preparation of business cases for investment decisions
• Enhance business plan ownership by enabling self service capabilities
• Reviewing key reconciliations and assisting on month end tasks
• Act as an administrator for the Workday Adaptive tool and ensuring it is aligned with the structure in NetSuite

What You’ll Bring:

• Finance or Accounting Degree, CA/CPA Accreditation
• 7+ years of experience in the full range of Management Accounting activities
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
• Strong technical skills in Excel
• Passion for innovation, problem-solving, and continuous learning.
• A technical mindset with demonstrated analytical skills and high attention to detail
• Exposure to a commercial working environment
• Experience in using Oracle, NetSuite and Workday Adaptive is desirable
