About the Role

• Manage day-to-day operations of Council services, ensuring effective delivery of community works, wellbeing services, and administration.
• Lead and develop teams to achieve high performance and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Strategic planning and project management to enhance service delivery and asset management.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including community members and government representatives.
