Contract Console Operator - single persons accommodation available

What you'll be doing

Operate and monitor the retail fuel and convenience store console, processing sales transactions and managing inventory levels

Provide exceptional customer service, answering inquiries and addressing any issues or concerns

Ensure all cash handling and reconciliation processes are completed accurately and on time

Maintain a clean, safe and well-presented retail environment

Assist with stock replenishment and merchandising as required

Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards

What we're looking for

Willing to learn Barista skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour

Excellent numeracy and cash handling skills, with a keen eye for detail

Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Commitment to providing outstanding customer service

Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays
