2XM Recruit are a leading Trades & Engineering recruitment company and our client is a nationwide manufacturing facility who has experienced unprecedented growth over the past 17 years. We have a great opportunity for a Forklift Operator to join our team.

We are looking for experienced Forklift Operators to join our client’s facility in Canning Vale, ideally who have worked in a manufacturing environment. This is a casual position with the opportunity to go permanent with the company – they are looking for someone who wants longevity and progression to grow within the company.

Location; Canning Vale
Shifts; 6am – 2pm to begin. Weekend work available.
Salary; $31.50 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading products onto trucks
• Must be confident with ugly loads – products can become unbalanced and slip
• Moving stock around the yard
• Picking orders to clients’ specifications

Requirements

• Forklift ticket
• Proven background in operating forklift with ugly load
• Happy to work outside in all weather conditions
• Good spatial awareness and understanding of health and safety
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment/factory
