We are currently undergoing a growth period and will be moving into a new large 2,000 m² the next 4 months. We’re looking for an experienced C-Stack Developer to take on new and existing projects and drive them to new heights of innovation, performance, and scalability.

The Role:
As a C# Developer, you will play a key role in developing and improving our existing software projects which is built in C# and C. You’ll collaborate closely with our Hardware, R&D, and IT teams to ensure our software aligns with business needs and performs flawlessly across all test scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, optimize, and maintain our current software projects in C#.

Integrate and process telemetry data from a variety of new technologies.

Implement and innovate new features and technologies into current and existing projects.

Collaborate with hardware engineers to enhance communication between software and hardware.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to telemetry parsing, device interfacing, and performance bottlenecks.

Participate in architecture planning, testing, and deployment of future software enhancements.

Liaise with the CTO and IT Manager for project planning and communication.

Skills & Experience Required:

3+ years of experience in C# application development.

Strong understanding of real-time data processing and performance optimization.

Experience working with Windows desktop applications (WinForms, WPF, or similar).

Familiarity with telemetry systems in games or simulation environments.

Knowledge of hardware communication protocols (USB, serial, etc.).

Solid experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Nice to Have:

Experience developing plugins or telemetry parsers for games.

Background in simulation hardware or gaming technologies.

Familiarity with force feedback, vibration profiles, or game controller integration.
