Who We’re Looking For

We're after a colour-focused creative who:

Has 5+ years of experience as a Senior Stylist or Colourist

Loves all things blondes, balayage, colour correction & toning

Can confidently run a column and support juniors

Understands salon KPIs and aims for high rebooking, service & retail performance

Wants to grow within a progressive salon brand

Brings professionalism, reliability & great energy to the team

The Role

Brisbane CBD-based with flexible 4-day roster

Paid above award + super + achievable bonuses

Weekly targets of $120/hr service revenue, 60% rebooking, and 15% retail

No Sunday work, no late nights every night—just structured, profitable days
