The Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate hairdresser to join our talented team. The successful candidate will contribute to our salon's continued growth and reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform precision haircuts and styling for diverse clientele

• Execute high-quality hair coloring services including foils, balayage, and creative color techniques

• Provide specialised hair treatments including keratin smoothing, deep conditioning, and scalp treatments

• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable styles and services

• Maintain a clean and organised workspace

• Build and maintain a loyal client base

• Stay current with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products

• Recommend and sell appropriate retail products to clients

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of salon experience

• Demonstrated expertise in cutting, coloring, and styling techniques
