Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage electrical training programs
• Deliver hands-on training
• Work closely with Depot Managers and other stakeholders to ensure training is aligned with operational needs
• Lead and mentor a team of trainers and assessors
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Cert IV in Training and Assessment (MUST HAVE)
• Cert III in Electrical Trade (ESSENTIAL)
• Previous experience in training within a heavy industry, construction, or manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills to engage with both blue-collar staff and senior management
• Ability to adapt training programs for evolving technologies and industry needs
