We’re on the lookout for a proactive and experienced Construction Office Administrator to support our growing team. This role is key to keeping our back-end operations smooth and efficient—freeing up our builder and project managers to focus on delivering exceptional homes.
What You’ll Be Doing
Managing day-to-day admin across projects
Processing invoices in Xero and reconciling them through Buildertrend
Tracking payments and managing supplier accounts
Writing and sending emails on behalf of the builder and project managers
Organising digital files, documents, and workflows using Google Workspace
Assisting with scheduling, communications, and follow-ups with trades and suppliers
Generally being the go-to person for admin support across the business
What We’re Looking For
Experience in a similar role within the construction or trades industry
Confident using Xero, Buildertrend, and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs)
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Professional communication skills (especially written emails)
Ability to work across two locations: Broadbeach site office and Mermaid Waters HQ
Someone who takes pride in supporting a busy team and helping the business run smoothly
