About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Labourer to join our growing team at My Build Residential PTY LTD' in Cairns, QLD. As a Labourer, you will play a key role in supporting our construction projects, contributing to the successful completion of high-quality residential and commercial developments. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to be part of an innovative and dynamic company.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting skilled tradespeople with a variety of construction tasks, including site preparation, material handling, and general labour duties
• Performing physical work such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment
• Following all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe workplace
• Completing tasks as directed by the site supervisor or project manager

What We’re Looking For:

• Physically fit and able to handle manual labour
• Previous experience as a Labourer or in a similar construction role, preferably within the residential construction industry
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
• White Card required
• Driver’s license and reliable transport preferred
