Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Café Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure smooth service, and lead our team to success. Responsibilities:

Supervise and support café staff to ensure high service standards.

Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.

Train, motivate, and mentor team members.

Monitor inventory and assist with stock ordering.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.

Assist with cash handling and financial transactions.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café.

Implement and uphold company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a café or restaurant supervisory role.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

Barista skills and experience in a fast paced environment.

Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
