The Company
One of Melbourne's premier Land Subdivision contractors who is partnered with developers across the Western corridor of Melbourne. We are seeking a Senior Foreman to oversee multistage master-planned community developments.

This is a known brand in the industry and an opportunity to land a lasting role in an established construction company.

How you will be a successful applicant

• A minimum of 10+ years experience as a Civil Foreman in large land development projects in Australia (must)
• Strong understanding of bulk earthworks, drainage, and road construction (advantageous)
• Experience in multistage subdivisions construction projects up to 40-50 lots per stage and construction value to $40 million
• Client-facing experience building and maintaining relationships with developers and suppliers
• History of building close relationships with internal site crews, motivating and developing teams

Your responsibilities

• Delivery of greenfield land development sites from tender award until defects and handover
• Oversee quality of works on site including bulk earthworks, drainage, electrical, roads and pavements.
• Coordinating site activities, dealing with councils, OH&S, scheduling resources and machinery
• Adhere to Health and Safety requirements
• Communicate with clients, councils, consultants, and relevant authorities
• Maintain cost control keeping to the allocated budget
• Implement project plans and programming
