Duties include:

• Oversee and manage multiple new build projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other key stakeholders to ensure all project objectives are successfully met.
• Develop, track, and adjust project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Continuously monitor project progress, address performance gaps, and implement corrective actions to stay on track.
• Ensure all projects comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards while promoting a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain a balanced, positive team culture that values both hard work and a supportive, fun atmosphere.
• Provide regular updates and detailed reports to senior management and clients, ensuring transparency and alignment on project status.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years of proven experience in construction project management, with a focus on managing new builds
• Extensive expertise in estimating, cost control, and financial management.
• Deep technical knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry best practices.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, performing well under pressure and deadlines.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license and White Card.
• Positive attitude with a good sense of humour.
