About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing Events Planner to join our team at Sunny Care Residential. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and executing engaging events for our elderly residents, employees, and community members. You will play a key role in fostering a vibrant and inclusive environment through creative event planning and social media engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute major events annually for Sunny Care Residential e.g. Chinese New Year dinner.

Organize and support ad hoc marketing events, such as mahjong competitions and cultural celebrations.

Assist in planning employee engagement events to foster a positive workplace culture.

Manage and grow Sunny Care’s social media presence to promote events and engagement.

Administer and oversee Sunny Care member programs to ensure active participation.

Build strong relationships with elderly residents and create meaningful experiences.

About You:

Bilingual in English and Mandarin (Cantonese highly preferred).

Friendly, outgoing, and great at engaging with elderly residents.

Strong communication and event planning skills.

Experience in social media management is a plus.

Own transport is necessary to set up offsite events

Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
