Position Summary

The Customer Experience & Marketing Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales orders, and following up on quotes and sample requests for both existing and prospective clients. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the role also involves supporting Account Managers and working closely with the Administration Team at our Huntingdale office.

Additionally, candidates with an interest or experience in digital marketing will have the opportunity to contribute to developing the company's digital marketing strategy, particularly through social media channels. This aspect of the role will be reflected in the remuneration package.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service

• Provide outstanding customer service via phone and email.
• Process sales orders and track customer inquiries.
• Follow up on quotes and samples supplied to clients.
• Support Account Managers in managing client relationships.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.

Digital Marketing (if applicable)

• Assist in developing and executing digital marketing strategies.
• Manage and create content for social media platforms.
• Create brochures, product promotions to support the sales team
• Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics.
