About Our Client:

Rio Tinto operates the world’s largest integrated portfolio of iron ore assets. Rio Tinto are expanding operations in the Pilbara to epic proportions while introducing next generation technologies to deliver greater efficiency, lower production costs and improved health, safety, and environmental performance.

About the Role:
As a Maintenance Planner, you will collaborate with teams across the Winu project to develop and maintain an integrated operational schedule. You will play a crucial role in planning and coordinating maintenance activities, ensuring seamless execution through effective procurement and logistics management.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain the operational workplan (+1 to 4 weeks)

· Schedule and coordinate key maintenance activities with service providers

· Manage procurement and logistics, including receipting of critical goods and services

· Act as a link between site operations and off-site project leadership

· Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations

· Support project teams in developing individual schedules as required

Skills and Experience Required:

· Experience in an operational, industrial, logistics, IT, or manufacturing environment (preferred)

· Strong computer literacy and analytical capability

· Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

· Understanding of project scheduling and planning principles

· Experience with SAP, MS Suite and planning software

· Valid C Class Drivers Licence
