Due to continual steady growth over the last 2 years, we are seeking an experienced, motivated and driven estimator to join our civil earthmoving team.

What you'll be doing

Seek out projects for pricing via multiple platforms

Preparing, Managing and Submitting accurate tenders

Arranging face to face meetings with clients and potential new clients

About you

A history of delivering winning submissions

Experience tendering civil works

A tertiary qualification

Proficient in planning, organizing and working to timelines

Ability to analyze drawings in detail to create accurate BOQ's

Great communication skills with our team and clients

Time management with the ability to cope with last minute changes and feedback professionally

Ability to work on and provide coverage to multiple projects and tender at once, at any one time we may be pricing between 10-20 projects.

Most importantly an entrepreneurial approach. In fact, this role is not about sitting at a desk and plugging numbers into a spreadsheet. You are required to seek out new opportunities with new clients whilst maintaining relationships we have built over the last few years.

You understand the types of projects you are working on will range in value from $200,000 - $1,500,000. If you are looking to work on $10,000,000 projects the this is not the position for you.

About us

We are a small civil earthmoving business based in Brendale. Working over SEQ we have a small team of approximately 25-30 staff. We focus on predominantly commercial builders & some small scale subdivision. Our projects ranges in value from $200,000 to $1,500,000 with scope for increase in due course. In addition, we also have small machines to facilitate general wet hire and cartage works.
