At Studio Republic, we’re a female-led portrait studio using photography as a powerful tool to help people reconnect with their confidence. We provide empowering photo experiences in a multi-million-dollar studio right here on the Sunshine Coast, and we’re on a mission to make a real difference in the lives of everyday women.

We’re looking for someone to be the first voice our potential clients hear - someone who can instantly build rapport, share our message with heart, and guide women toward saying yes to an experience that could change the way they see themselves forever.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Making outbound calls to warm leads who have already expressed interest in our photoshoot experience

Holding genuine, engaging conversations that empower women to prioritise themselves

Using empathy, intuition, and strong communication skills to guide clients through the application process

Being a key part of a movement that celebrates confidence, self-worth, and personal transformation

Maroochydore HQ | Minimum 15 hrs/week (flexible roster options, some nights required)

Paid training provided - sales process is taught with empathy, not pressure
