We are searching for an enthusiastic, skilled Full-Time Centre Administrator / Receptionist to join our team at LJ Hooker Commercial and launch their career in the Real Estate Industry with a reputable organization offering great potential for growth
This role is based in a large Shopping Centre and involves providing customers, contractors and tenants with exceptional customer service, managing enquiries and providing administrative assistance to the management team.
The role requires excellent customer service, great administration skills, plus an abundance of happiness and energy. It is essential that the applicant has excellent communication skills and phone manner, is well-presented and has the capacity to think on their feet and work with minimal supervision. Furthermore, a real estate registration certificate and a minimum of 12 months administration/ customer service experience are necessary.
The successful applicant's duties include but are not limited to:
Answering calls,
Greeting clients and contractors,
managing enquiries,
data entry,
database management,
assisting the Property management Team,
being the first point of contact for our clients,
general office duties as directed, and
front of house duties.
It is essential that the applicant is self-driven and possess a mature approach and advanced computer skills. The applicant must have excellent data entry speed and accuracy, have the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage their workflow, be customer service focused and have an impressive work ethic with a combination of accuracy, efficiency, initiative and enthusiasm.
This role is ideal for someone with a ‘can-do’ attitude and great communication skills, and experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.
