About the role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Person to join our team at YardWorx Equipment Pty Ltd in Noosaville, QLD. As a full-time Sales Person, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of our high-quality gardening and landscaping equipment.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner

Demonstrating and explaining the features and benefits of our products to customers

Actively promoting and selling our range of gardening and landscaping equipment

Processing sales transactions and handling customer payments

Maintaining a clean and well-organised retail environment

Restocking and replenishing product displays as needed

Providing feedback and suggestions to improve the customer experience

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the retail or home and garden industry

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers and provide excellent service

A keen interest and knowledge of gardening and landscaping equipment

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays
