Part Time Uniform Shop Manager - Mornington, Hobart

Our client is a family owned national company and is one of the largest manufacturers and suppliers of school wear and accessories in Australia with more than 40 years of expertise. As the Store Manager you will lead and drive the uniform shop in Mornington, Hobart and maintain high levels of visual presentation throughout the business. Relationship building will be an essential part of your role as you interact with parents, the community and school parish. You will need to be across all facets of retail management: sales, merchandising, stock control, rostering and people management.

Skills Required...

• Have experience in retail apparel, preferably management.
• Ability to work unsupervised and autonomously.
• Proven ability to meet merchandising guidelines.
• Operational skills including rostering, inventory management and reporting.
• Confident visual merchandising and maintaining store standards
• Outstanding customer service skills and creating favourable in-store experiences.
• Excellent and professional communication and presentation skills
• Able to work extra shifts through peak school times as required

This opportunity is PERFECT for an experienced Retailer or Retail Manager keen to work only a few small shifts per week...! Interviews commence from Monday.
