About the Role
If you have a proven background in consultative selling, with tenacity to get out there and developing new business face to face, comfortable picking up the phone and driving new business - this is your chance to carve a niche for yourself working alongside a talented team of digital marketing experts. You’ll have the opportunity to make this role your own as you build and manage your book of business (that’s right!) and work closely with our sales support and post-sales team of experts who know our business, our clients and the digital marketing industry.
You'll bring a passion for generating clients through effective prospecting techniques. With a strategic focus on acquiring new marketing and software clients, you'll be committed to educating them on our products and their benefits, providing value-added solutions to best suit their needs, and help not only transform but grow their business online.
We'll arm you with digital marketing training, on-the-job coaching and given all the support you need to do what you do best...all you need to bring is passion, the right attitude, motivation and a desire to succeed.
What we're looking for:
You’re a Hunter with face-to-face B2B new business development and cold-calling experience
You have face to face solution selling experience and a proven track record of success
You have a well-crafted sales process/methodology
You’re super organised with outstanding communication and negotiation skills
You’re a trusted advisor who shares in your clients’ success
You’re highly motivated
You build rapport and develop long lasting business relationships
You have a high level of personal integrity and initiative
You have CRM experience (e.g. Salesforce.com or similar an advantage)
