The Role

• Lead a highly capable team of Mine Geologists, while maintaining a robust underground production reconciliation process
• Delivering high quality Grade Control models for mine planning as per the mine schedule
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and supervision of grade control drilling programs
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and developing project to execute improvement strategies

The Requirements

• Degree qualified Geologist
• Minimum 3yrs of experience ideally in an UG Gold environment
• Experience with Geology software programmes such as Leapfrog or Micromine
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• Ambition to grow with an exceptional Gold producer
