We are looking for an exceptional Receptionist to join our team.

Overview

Answer emails, phone calls and take bookings.

Process payments and follow up on outstanding accounts.

Contact Heads of Departments to resolve and issues

Provide great customer service and respond to guest feedback.

Keep accurate office and accounting records.

Order supplies from suppliers as needed.

Work with team members and help out where required.

Assist House Keepers, Guest Services Managers and Food and Beverage Manager when required.

Desired Qualities

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role (hotel experience is preferred but not required).

Computer knowledge (email, internet, booking systems, Microsoft Word and Excel)

Strong communication and administrative skills.

A team player with a proactive attitude.

Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks.

Desired Experience, Education & Qualifications

Prior experience in a luxury hotel/resort and/or island setting

2+ years in a similar role

Tertiary qualifications in office administration or related fields

Prior experience working with Mews PMS or other hotel PMS systems
