We are now looking for an Undergraduate Structural Engineer to join our Melbourne team on a casual basis.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Your role will include, but is not limited to:

Reviewing architectural drawings and developing structural concepts under the guidance of senior staff.

Preparing structural analysis models and performing capacity calculations for timber, steel, and concrete, including post-tensioned concrete.

Undertaking detailed design for residential, commercial, industrial, community, and education projects.

Liaising with internal staff to ensure the successful delivery of projects in a professional and collaborative manner.

Organising your workload efficiently to manage multiple ongoing design tasks concurrently.

What We’re Looking For:

To be successful in this role, you will:

Be in your 2nd or 3rd year of a bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

Have a thirst for knowledge and be a self-starter who is eager to learn.

Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to connect the dots.

Demonstrate an innate desire to always try your best.

Possess excellent time management and organisational skills.

Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills
