This company are a purpose-driven team that blends tech innovation with a passion for property, and they are looking for a sharp, experienced Business Development Manager to help them grow our presence across NSW and ACT.

The Role:

You’ll be responsible for identifying, pitching, closing, and onboarding new developer and agent clients. You’ll manage the full sales cycle — from generating leads to sealing the deal — while also nurturing existing relationships and playing a key role in the growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, events and more
  • Build and manage a pipeline of developer and project marketing clients in NSW/ACT
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and close new business opportunities
  • Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients
  • Maintain our CRM with up-to-date information on leads and conversations
  • Provide market insights and performance updates to internal stakeholders
  • Attend industry events and represent the business with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project launches

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years in a senior B2B sales role
  • At least 2 years’ experience working with residential property developers or off-the-plan sales
  • Proven full-cycle sales skills and ability to close high-value deals
  • Comfortable engaging with C-Suite executives and business owners
  • Highly driven, with strong communication and time management skills
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRMs and digital sales tools
  • Valid Australian driver’s license and access to a car

Salary:

Up to $130k base (Depending on experience) + Super+ Expenses/Car allowance+ Uncapped commission
