What You’ll Be Doing
As a CSSD Technician, you'll play a key role in infection control—ensuring surgical instruments are cleaned, sterilised, and compliant with Australian standards

Key responsibilities include:

• Cleaning, disinfecting, and sterilising reusable surgical instruments
• Packing and storing sterile equipment
• Operating and monitoring sterilisers and washers
• Maintaining accurate records of sterilisation and quality assurance
• Collaborating with theatre teams to meet daily operational needs

What We’re Looking For

• Certificate III or IV in Sterilisation Services (or working towards)
• Understanding of infection control principles and sterilisation standards
• Experience in a healthcare or hospital environment preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Current Police Check (or willing to obtain)
• Up-to-date vaccination record as per Australian Immunisation Handbook
• Full working rights in Australia
