Pearl Recruitment is currently seeking a Boilermaker for a leading industrial manufacturing company based in East Rockingham, specialising in heavy fabrication and welding solutions for mining equipment. This is a good role working within a team of 8 where you will get good variety of work and see products made from concept to completion.

Pay Rate: $55 - $58 per hour (depending on experience)

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday - 6AM to 2:30PM (there may be some overtime involved)
Weekends - If required

Responsibilities:

Conduct heavy fabrication and stainless steel TIG welding work according to technical specifications and industry standards.

• Interpret and follow engineering drawings, blueprints, and job orders.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks within project deadlines.

Requirements:

• Trade Certificate
• Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Strong fabrication and welding skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation to and from Kwinana.
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to meet project deadlines.
• Demonstrated understanding of workplace health and safety procedures.
