Our client is Top-Tier Iron Ore producer within the goldfield region.

Role:

This is a site-based position FIFO ex Perth.

The Processing Trainer & Assessor reports to the Processing Superintendent and the primary role is to provide training and development to personnel within the Processing Department and to support in the development, review, and delivery of non-accredited and accredited training programs in line with company standards and procedures.

The roster will either be 7 days on, 7 days off OR 14 days on, 14 days off.

Duration for these roles will vary from 4-6 weeks to longer term of 6+ months.

Requirements:

• Cert IV in Training and Assessment or Assessor Skill Set
• Experience in delivering courses in Permit to Work, Isolations and Clearances
• Experience in operating a Process Plant (can provide in house letter of competencies) or statement of attainment (SOA) for RII Resource Processing
