About the team
The Network Operations team is responsible for the operating, monitoring, and management of all assets associated with the potable water, sewerage and recycled water networks, as well as associated plant and equipment on the Gold Coast.
We are pivotal in overseeing planned and reactive network outages along with continual improvement investigations to minimise customer impacts in providing safe drinking water supplies, recycled water supplies and sewerage collection.
About your new role
As the Network Operations Technical Adviser, you will provide leadership and technical support in planning and performance of the Network Operations team including operational planning management, business analysis and improvement, and business performance monitoring and reporting.
You will encourage and foster a culture of productivity and team satisfaction that aligns to City of Gold Coast’s High-Performance Principles.
