About the role

We are seeking experienced Steel Fixers and Shotcrete Nozzlemen to join our team. In this fast-paced role, you will play a critical part in the construction process, ensuring the quality and safety of our clients projects. The successful candidates will be responsible for fixing steel reinforcement and operating shotcrete equipment to apply concrete mixture to formworks and structures.

What you'll be doing

Cutting, bending, and fixing steel reinforcement bars and mesh to specifications

Operating shotcrete equipment to apply concrete mixture

Maintaining and troubleshooting shotcrete equipment to ensure efficient operation

Collaborating with the construction team to coordinate work activities and meet project deadlines

Adhering to strict safety protocols and quality standards

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Steel Fixer and/or Shotcrete Nozzleman in the construction industry

Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications

Demonstrated ability to operate shotcrete equipment safely and efficiently

White Card.

Drivers licence and reliable vehicle.

Fit test - within 12 months.

Ability to complete a D&A medical assessment.

What we offer

Above Award Casual Rates.

Overtime penalties & daily travel allowance.

10+ hours, Monday - Friday (occasional weekend work).
