The role:
We are seeking an experienced administrator for our Senior Adminstrator role, where you will provide customer service support to new clients and assist with the administrative requirements of the professional legal staff and the firm as a whole. As Senior Administrator at our firm, you will report to the Operations Manager and be part of our collaborative and supportive Operations Team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are key for this role, along with the ability to follow procedures and prioritise daily tasks to ensure all important deadlines are met.

Salary and benefits:
FTE $70,000-$80,000 plus superannuation per annum

Key responsibilities:
Answering phones, greeting and seating clients, processing payments and other office and reception related tasks
Onboarding new clients by processing client contracts, setting up scheduled payments, creating new client profiles on our practice management software, inputting and editing data and corresponding with new clients
Corresponding with clients including setting up appointments and collating information
Offboarding clients at the end of their engagement, including by completing file closures and archiving
Data entry and management; assisting to maintain accurate and up-to-date client files
Preparing reports on a regular and ad hoc basis per management requirements
Support the overall administrative and office requirements of the firm as a whole
Other duties from time to time
Qualifications and experience:
Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications and experience:
Essential:
Ability to work effectively in a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong communication skills
Developed organizational skills
Attention to detail
Administrative experience (minimum 1 to 2 years)
Desirable:
Administrative experience in a law firm
Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse communities
Ability to speak in a language other than English
