About the Business

Our client is a dynamic residential volume builder based on the Southside of Brisbane and specialising in spec home projects for predominantly investors with the occassional higher end build. They have established strong systems in house to ensure their growth is sustainable and due to growth are now looking for a key staff member to join their team.

About the Position

Currently an opportunity exists for a motivated Building Supervisor to join their team in a Southside Brisbane area.

Responsibilities will include:

Managing 25 + spec homes across the greater Southside Brisbane area

Coordination of trades and materials for housing projects

Manage call up program and reports

Quality control and QA reporting prior to job handover

kills and Experience

Suitable candidates must demonstrate the following:

Ideally 3 years experience as a Supervisor in volume housing

Strong trade management and time management skills

Able to work autonomously and independently

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Carpentry Trade qualification highly desired
