Reception Superstar - Part time

Previous experience in the field is not necessary.

Part time position - Aim to start Mid May 2025, but can be earlier.

So what are we looking for in our Reception superstar?

You must be very organised.

You can multi-task, problem solve and do not get flustered easily.

You are somebody who shows initiative, & are always looking for tasks to do.

You are somebody who communicates well, & possesses a great phone manner. You smile when you answer the phone, & always go the extra mile to help patients out. You possess the same skills with your one on one interaction with patients & other staff members.

You have great integrity - you are trustworthy & honest.

You can work independently & in a team environment.

You can follow direction when required & are happy to take direct feedback on board.

Your time management & prioritisation skills are exceptional. You have a real ability for staying focused & on task.

Enjoys or at least doesn't hate cleaning - will be required to clean instruments.

You have a great sense of humour, & you are a passionate & motivated person.

We want someone who is wanting to constantly improve themselves at work and gain new skills to increase their role at the clinic.

Work Timetable (15-20 hours per week)

Our opening hours are:

Mon - 7:30am - 7:00pm

Tues - 8:30am - 7pm

Weds - 8:30am - 7pm

Thurs - 7:30am - 7pm

Fri - 7:30am - 5pm

Sat - 8:30am - 1pm

You are not expected to be available all of these hours.

A sample week may look like

Mon - 7:30am - 3pm(7)

Weds - 1pm - 7pm(6)

Sat - 8:30am - 1pm(4.5)

There is some flexibility here

There is scope for increased hours/ responsibility for an exceptional person with other skills.

Other skills considered(not essential)

Being the leader of high-achieving teams

Sales and marketing experience(creative and content)

Accounting/ bookkeeping

Systems/ process development and implementation

Social media creation

Video editing/ production(able to efficiently edit videos for content)
