NPATS is a reputable private psychology practice operating in the northern suburbs of Melbourne for over 27 years. It has strong links with a number of General Practitioners, Psychiatrists and community groups in the local area.

We are seeking a highly motivated, passionate psychologist with excellent CBT skills and experience in high prevalence conditions to service adult and potentially teenage populations. In addition to providing individual therapy sessions, the successful candidate may also become involved in facilitating some of our group program.

Your initial appointment will commence at 2 sessions per week (across two different days) with potential for increasing hours over coming months as the role builds.

The successful candidate will need:

· Completion of a Masters or Doctoral Degree in Psychology (preferably Clinical Psychology)

· AHPRA registration (or ability to do so)

· Registration as a Medicare Provider (or ability to do so)

· A registered ABN (or ability to do so)

· Exceptional interpersonal skills, personal integrity and professional standards, including understanding of, and adherence to, ethical guidelines

· Minimum of 3-5 years experience

· Have worked in the public system (preferred)

· Demonstrated report writing skills
