Job Description

Based in Ringwood East, on the lands of the Wurundjeri People

Part-time, 8 hours per week until June 2026

$58.61-$68.14 per hour + 11.5% Super + Generous Salary Packaging benefits of up to $18,550

This role will be across both the Endometriosis and Pelvic Pain clinic and the Virtual Women’s Health Clinic. The position will support women, girls and those assigned female at birth who are experiencing endometriosis and pelvic pain with more timely access, care and management, leading to improved health outcomes and quality of life.

The purpose of the Virtual Women’s Health clinic is to ensure equitable access to the quality care they need across their whole lifespan, regardless of where they live. This no-cost, hybrid phone and video consultation service will deliver interdisciplinary and comprehensive healthcare, leveraging on our existing expertise in working with vulnerable and diverse communities and delivering women’s health programs.

Your role, your impact

Supporting women’s health – Use telehealth and face-to-face consultations to provide individualised assessments, education, and care.

Creating safe spaces – Uphold privacy and confidentiality so clients feel supported and heard.

Collaborating with care teams – Work closely with GPs, nurses, and allied health professionals to provide holistic care.

Guiding and mentoring – Share your specialist knowledge with colleagues and contribute to a culture of learning.

Helping clients set goals – Empower people to take control of their health in ways that are meaningful to them.

Navigating barriers – Support clients in accessing the right services and overcoming obstacles to care.

Building strong connections – Develop pathways with other providers to ensure continuity of care.

Keeping records with care – Maintain accurate and timely documentation to support high-quality service delivery.

Contributing to innovation – Help shape program development and drive quality improvement.

Who we’re looking for

A recognised Physiotherapy degree and current AHPRA registration (Grade 3).

Eligibility for membership with the Australian Physiotherapy Association.

A current Criminal History Check and Employee Working with Children Check (or state equivalent).

The ability to sit at a computer for up to 6-8 hours per day when providing telehealth consultations.

What will make you stand out?

Postgraduate qualifications in Women’s Health, Community Health, or Public Health.

Experience using medical software (e.g., Medical Director, Best Practice, Trak Care) and telehealth platforms.

Knowledge of local, regional, and remote health services.

Experience working with interpreters to enhance accessibility of care.
