What’s the Job?

Here’s what you’ll actually do every day:

Visit local businesses and talk to decision-makers about how solar can save them serious cash.

Do some old-school door-knocking—but with purpose and polish.

Set appointments, manage your leads, and most importantly—close the deal.

Keep your pipeline full and tidy in the CRM (we promise it’s easy).

Stay up-to-date with our products so you can handle any question with confidence.

Hit your targets—and get rewarded when you do.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll crush this role if you:

Have 2–3 years of solid sales experience (solar is a bonus, not a must)

Speak great English and love connecting with people

Have a reliable car and don’t mind getting out and about

Know how to manage your time, your leads, and your goals

Use tech comfortably (CRMs, emails, calls—you’re not afraid of it)

Are driven, consistent, and genuinely enjoy the thrill of closing

And What We’re Not Looking For

This is important too. We’re a high-performance team, and we value time, trust, and energy. So...

No tyre-kickers, please. If you’re “just seeing what’s out there,” this might not be the right move.

No clock-watchers. If you’re counting down to 5pm from the moment you arrive, this role’s not for you.

No talkers without action. We love confidence, but we love follow-through even more.
