About the role

We are seeking an experienced Labourer to join our team at J-Con Building Services' in Temora, NSW on a contract basis. As a Labourer, you will be an integral part of our construction projects, providing essential support to our skilled tradespeople. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of an established and reputable building company, contributing to the successful delivery of a range of commercial and residential projects.

What you'll be doing

Assisting our team installing structural steel and roof cladding

Performing general labouring duties including site preparation, manual handling, and site cleaning

Operating a range of hand and power tools in a safe and efficient manner

Maintaining a high level of housekeeping and site tidiness

Adhering to all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Labourer or in a similar construction role

Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and effectively as part of a team

Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to accept directions and instructions for site leadership

Commitment to workplace health and safety

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic, can do attitude.

Construction industry ticket and EWP ticket (desirable)
