We are looking for an experienced Senior Contract Administrator with 5-7 years of local commercial experience, who is looking to take the next step in their career to become a Contracts Manager. Someone who is passionate and sees it as a long-term career in a CA capacity.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-7 years of experience as a Contract Administrator in commercial construction, working for a head contractor.
• Must have local Melbourne experience—visa sponsorship is not available.
• Managed commercial projects up to $40M.
• Strong knowledge of financial and contract management, procurement, and construction contracts.
• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Contract Law, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Passionate about contract administration and committed to a long-term career in this field.
