We’re on the lookout for a dedicated Administration Coordinator to support day-to-day operations, manage client interactions, and contribute to a seamless and memorable experience for every customer. This is a permanent, in-office role with no remote work, perfect for someone looking to build a long-term future within a passionate and creative team.
About the Role
This multifaceted position combines administrative coordination with front-of-house responsibilities and creative input. You will be the first point of contact for clients, managing showroom appointments, providing tailored product advice, conducting stock and custom consultations, responding to sales inquiries, and ensuring the smooth running of backend operations with efficiency and care.
Key Responsibilities
Administration & Operations
Manage workshop orders, sample processing, and product stock control.
Coordinate incoming inquiries and correspondence from clients and partners.
Oversee cleaning schedules and care procedures for premium collections.
Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping and workflow tracking.
Client Engagement & Sales Support
Greet and guide clients through the appointment-only space with warmth and professionalism.
Assist in consultations, offering product knowledge and visual advice.
Conduct stock consultations to help clients select from existing inventory.
Facilitate custom consultations.
Respond promptly and thoughtfully to sales inquiries, both in-person and via communication channels.
Help prepare presentations and support the sales process.
Build and nurture strong client relationships, providing a premium level of service.
Creative Contribution
Contribute ideas to visual merchandising and product layout.
Support with colour matching and aesthetic advice during consultations.
Stay up-to-date with design trends and bring a creative eye to everyday tasks.
About You
We’re looking for someone with proven administrative experience and exceptional attention to detail, who can work efficiently without compromising on accuracy. You’ll have strong written and verbal communication skills, a creative mindset, and a genuine appreciation for design, textiles, interiors, or visual arts. You’ll present with a polished, professional, and personable demeanor, always putting the client first. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small, close-knit team is essential, and experience in a design-focused or client-facing environment will be highly regarded.
