Experienced Dry Fire Technician

Centurion Fire Services are seeking an experienced fire technician to join our growing team, you’ll be responsible for the service and maintenance of a variety of commercial systems across various sites, completing services, repairs, maintenance and upgrades around the Perth Metro area.

Your duties will include but not limited to.

-Installation and programming fire panels from various manufacturers.

-Fit out and upgrade works.

-Fault finding on various fire systems, networks and occupant warning systems.

-Programming & maintenance of fire alarm & detection systems.

-Proven field service experience & ability to troubleshoot, test and repair.

-Identify issues and non-conformances.

-After hours call out roster.-

-Full time role. 7.00am to 15.30pm (overtime available)

The successful applicant will ideally have the following key qualities and attributes.

-Excellent understanding of the current Industry and Australian Standards to AS1670 & AS1851-2012.

-Fault finding on various fire systems, networks and occupant warning systems.

-Commitment to occupational health and safety.

-Positive work ethic and willingness to work in dynamic environment.

-Excellent problem solving and time management skills.

-Strong focus on quality and great customer service.

-A natural team player and leader.

-An ability to work under pressure and achieve deadlines.

-Current WA Driver's License.

-Construction Industry White Card and relevant licenses.

-Open cabling License preferred.

-Current Police clearance.

An immediate start will be available for the right person.

-Company vehicle, fuel card and uniform provided.

-Salary based on experience.
