25 hours per week

Monday to Friday

1:00pm to 6:00pm (1:00pm to 3:00pm Administration – 3:00pm to 6:00pm on the floor)

Your Responsibilities

You will be part of a team facilitating the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring compliance and quality care is provided. You will take on the administrative duties, employee management and role of the Nominated Supervisor.

Selection Criteria

Educational qualifications and experience relevant to the role, including leadership aspects of the role.

Robust experience in Early Childhood Care and Education Services or similar industry

Demonstrable sound knowledge and understanding of applicable legislation, Education and Care Services National Regulations, National Quality Frameworks, and Industry Standards, as well as the My Time, Our Place Framework.

Extensive understanding of current relevant legislative requirements such as Workplace Health and Safety legislation and regulations and Children and Young Person’s (Care and Protection) Act

Digital literacy - competently able to use online platforms and knowledge of Child Care Management Systems (e.g. Hubworks)

Child Safe / Protection training

Specific Requirements

A current Working with Children Check Clearance

A satisfactory Criminal Record Check

Must be eligible to work in Australia
