Main Responsibilities:

· Perform diagnostic tests and inspections on vehicles to identify mechanical issues.

· Carry out repair and maintenance tasks on a variety of vehicles, ensuring all work meets the highest standards.

· Operate, maintain, and ensure the safe use of automotive diagnostic tools and equipment.

· Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tune-ups, tire rotations, and brake checks.

· Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and labor hours.

· Ensure adherence to all safety and environmental regulations.

· Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver outstanding customer service.

· Provide guidance and training to apprentice mechanics and junior staff.

Requirements:

· Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent qualification.

· Minimum of one year of professional experience as a Motor Mechanic.

· Proficient in vehicle diagnostics and modern automotive repair techniques.

· Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality workmanship.

· Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills.

· Valid Australian driver's licence.
