The Role
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Shift Technician will have a key role in assisting with maintenance across the site. The role is a fixed day shift, on a roster.

• Oversee production staff tasks, prioritise breakdown repairs, and ensure all preventative and scheduled maintenance is completed on time.
• Manage GMP training, maintain inventory of necessary parts, and implement control procedures such as work orders and preventative maintenance schedules.
• Work closely with production teams to assess equipment needs, coordinate and supervise maintenance contractors, and ensure inductions are completed.
• Promote workplace health and safety by adhering to company policies, addressing hazards promptly, and reporting incidents or near misses.
• Uphold food safety and quality standards by ensuring compliance with HACCP, GMP, and other regulatory requirements.

Skills & Experience

• Trade Certification – ideally mechanical
• Must have bottling machinery experience to be considered for this role***
• Krones high speed machinary required**
• Restricted Electrical – desirable but not essential
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
