About the role

RMB Logistics is seeking an experienced Truck Driver to join our team based in Dry Creek, SA. This is a full-time role with a probation period of 6 months. You will be an integral part of our road transport operations, delivering goods to Adelaide Metro & hills areas. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods by all relevant regulations and company policies.

What you'll be doing

Operate a range of heavy vehicles, including vans, rigid, semi-trailers and B-doubles, in a safe and responsible manner

Plan and execute delivery routes to ensure on-time and in-full deliveries

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and complete all necessary documentation

Adhere to all relevant road transport regulations, including fatigue management and load restraint requirements

Provide excellent customer service and liaise with dispatch and operations teams

Maintain the cleanliness and roadworthiness of your assigned vehicle

Primarily working out of our Dry Creek depot

What we're looking for

A valid minimum HC with an MC-preferred preferred driver's licence and a clean driving record

Extensive experience (minimum 3 years) driving heavy vehicles.

Exceptional safe driving skills and a strong focus on compliance with road transport regulations

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication and customer service skills

A flexible approach to working hours.
