We’re searching for a talented Bookkeeper who is not only meticulous with numbers but also has the energy, drive, and vision to transform our clients' businesses. This role goes beyond data entry and reconciliations—it's about making a real, lasting impact on the business community we serve. What does your week look like?

Day-to-Day Bookkeeping: Manage accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, payroll processing, and accurate data entry.

BAS & IAS Preparation: Assist with the preparation and lodgement of BAS and IAS, ensuring compliance with ATO regulations.

Payroll Processing: Process payroll accurately and in line with relevant awards

Cash Flow & Reporting: Help businesses understand their financial position by maintaining accurate records and preparing financial reports.

Software & Technology: Work with Xero and MYOB to manage bookkeeping efficiently, leveraging cloud-based solutions for improved processes.

NDIS Bookkeeping Support: Work with Proda, ShiftCare, CareMaster (or similar software) to manage invoicing, claims, and payment reconciliations for NDIS providers.

Who You Are:

A qualified and experienced bookkeeper with strong attention to detail.

A team player who enjoys working collaboratively.

Someone who takes pride in keeping financial records accurate and up to date.

Comfortable with bookkeeping, payroll processing, and reconciling invoices and payments.

Confident using Xero and other cloud-based accounting software.

Organised, reliable, and committed to delivering quality work for clients.

A problem solver with a keen eye for process improvement and business efficiency.

What you bring to the role:

Cert IV in Bookkeeping, or equivalent or higher qualification.

Proficiency in Xero (Xero certification highly regarded).

3 years or more of experience in bookkeeping, payroll, BAS preparation, and financial reporting.

Ability to work in our Blaxland office
