Based on the picturesque Mornington Peninsula, we offer a range of services including commercial diving, salvage, marine services, wharf carpentry, and scientific support across Port Phillip, Western Port, and rural Victoria.

Role Overview

We're on the lookout for a skilled Commercial Diving Supervisor to lead our dynamic dive team. In this role, you'll be at the helm of planning, coordinating, and overseeing diving operations, ensuring each project is executed safely, efficiently, and in line with industry standards.​

Key Responsibilities

Lead Diving Operations: Supervise and coordinate commercial diving activities, ensuring compliance with Australian standards and Aegir Divers' protocols.​

Safety First: Conduct thorough risk assessments, safety briefings, and pre-dive checks to uphold our unwavering commitment to safety.​

Team Management: Oversee and mentor dive teams, fostering a culture of professionalism, continuous improvement and high spirits with a positive attitude and strong team morale​.

Equipment Oversight: Ensure the upkeep of all diving equipment, vessels and vehicles to ensure ongoing safe serviceability.​

Client Relations: Liaise with clients and project managers, representing Aegir Divers with integrity, expertise with a friendly nature.

Requirements

Certification: Valid Commercial Diving Supervisor Certification (ADAS or equivalent), First Aid, CPR and White Card.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in commercial diving, with proven supervisory experience.​

Knowledge: Deep understanding of diving equipment, procedures, and safety protocols.​

Leadership: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams.​

Additional Skills: Certifications/experience in other industries, such as construction, are advantageous but not required.​
