Frostbland' is seeking two motivated and experienced Part-time (3 days per week) VIC Territory Field Representative to join our growing sales team. These roles are perfect for experienced sales professionals who are passionate about health and beauty and thrive in a fast-paced customer focussed environment.

LOCATIONS

Southeast VIC (this is a 12month maternity cover)

Southwest VIC

ROLE DETAILS:

Part time - 3 days per week (Tuesday - Thursday)

Southeast role is a 12-month maternity cover

Base salary + commission

Car allowance + petrol card

Company phone + tablet

Expenses covered

Key responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business

Actively prospect and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory across pharmacy, fashion retail and health & beauty stores

Accurately forecast sales and pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets

Conduct regular store visits, ensuring optimal merchandising and stock levels

Educate and train pharmacy staff on product benefits and best practices

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Frostbland' products, services and industry trends

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Territory Manager, Field Rep or Account Manager in the health & beauty industry, servicing pharmacies

Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Valid driver's licence and ability to travel within the Victoria region
